''Having waited a year and three months to manage to organise ourselves enough to get down to Devon from Derbyshire for 'Hidden Heaven' we can say that it was utterly worth the 11 hours driving time. The welcome, from Geoffrey running down the steps to carry our bags, through the initial chat and canapés to the exquisite offering of a stunning menu, was faultless. If you want decent food in nice surroundings, go to one of many restaurants and pubs in every town, however, if you want something that is truly unique, thoughtfully planned and honestly, one of the best meals we've ever had, Hidden Heaven is it. Within the context of having lived and eaten in some great British foodie places, Kirsty not only makes, but takes the biscuit. Thank you so much for the fabulous food and brilliant company! "
